On behalf of the New Jersey Compensation Association (NJCA), I would like to welcome everyone as we kick-off our 2016 – 2017 year.
It will be an exciting year. We have brought new talent onto the board with fresh ideas and are looking to provide even more value to you and your organization. A focus of this year will be to expand our use of social media via our LinkedIn group to discuss topics of interest, better connect members and keep up to date with what’s happening at the NJCA. To join our LinkedIn Group, please click here. We also plan to host educational offerings from WorldatWork and provide discounts to members to local training and WorldatWork conferences.
The NJCA offers organizational memberships as well as individual memberships for those who wish to remain active in the total rewards profession. Annual membership dues will remain the same this year:
Meetings are free for NJCA members. Non-members are welcome to attend meetings at a cost of $35 per meeting.
Existing members can renew their membership by clicking here and people interested in joining can do so by clicking above on the membership option that's right for you.
*Note – If you wish to pay your membership dues via credit card, please select the PayPal option on the applicable screen. You do not need to have a PayPal account.
I would like to thank our sponsors, all of which have renewed again this year. We have also gained two additional sponsors – FTI Consulting and Compensation Advisory Partners.
Our first meeting is Monday, September 19th. Aon Hewitt will present on the new FLSA pay threshold and we will discuss how member companies are addressing the regulations.
Hope you all had a great summer and we look forward to seeing everyone in September.
