President's Letter

On behalf of the New Jersey Compensation Association (NJCA), I would like to welcome everyone as we kick-off our 2017 – 2018 year.

It will be another exciting year. We have brought new talent onto the board with fresh ideas and are looking to provide even more value to you and your organization. The NJCA advances the body of knowledge of its members through educational seminars, networking opportunities and related activities and services.

NJCA is proud to be a local chapter of World at Work, the national Total Rewards association. We sponsor several World at Work classes every year for individuals who wish to attain various total rewards designations.
