On behalf of the New Jersey Compensation Association (NJCA), I would like to welcome everyone as we kick-off our 2014 – 2015 year. For those of you who have not heard about us, the NJCA is an independent professional association committed to providing leadership in the education and development of compensation and total rewards professionals. The NJCA advances the body of knowledge of its members through educational seminars, networking opportunities and related activities and services.
We meet at different venues in New Jersey roughly five or six times a year, usually every other month. Our meetings include informal discussions over breakfast or dinner, Total Rewards related presentations with guest speakers, and segments allowing for open discussion and member company news.
New Membership Options
The NJCA offers organizational memberships as well as individual memberships for those who wish to remain active in the total rewards profession. Annual membership dues are:
Meetings are now free for NJCA members, resulting in significant cost savings for both individual and company members.
Non-members are welcome to attend meetings at a cost of $35 per meeting.
