We are very excited about our new look and functionality. The new platform will allow us to more efficiently manage our membership and provide increased services to our community over the coming months and years. Although we did quite a bit of testing, as with any new technology, there may be some bugs and hiccups. We will continue to refine and fix any issues that you encounter, but we ask for your patience over the next few weeks. What is the New Jersey Compensation Association?
The New Jersey Compensation Association (NJCA) is an independent professional association committed to providing leadership in the education and development of compensation and total rewards professionals. The NJCA advances the body of knowledge of its members through educational seminars, networking opportunities and related activities and services.
