Welcome to our New Website!

We are very excited about our new look and functionality. The new platform will allow us to more efficiently manage our membership and provide increased services to our community over the coming months and years. Although we did quite a bit of testing, as with any new technology, there may be some bugs and hiccups. We will continue to refine and fix any issues that you encounter, but we ask for your patience over the next few weeks. If you encounter any issues (whether it is with membership applications or event registration) please contact our Secretary, who will assist you during this time.

What is the New Jersey Compensation Association?

The New Jersey Compensation Association (NJCA) is an independent professional association committed to providing leadership in the education and development of compensation and total rewards professionals. The NJCA advances the body of knowledge of its members through educational seminars, networking opportunities and related activities and services.

We meet at different venues in New Jersey several times a year. Our meetings include informal discussions over breakfast or dinner, Total Rewards related presentations with guest speakers, and segments allowing for open discussion and member company news.

NJCA is proud to be a local chapter of World at Work, the national Total Rewards association. We sponsor several World at Work classes every year for individuals who wish to attain either their CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) designation.

The Benefits of Membership

The NJCA offers organizational memberships as well as individual memberships for those who wish to remain active in the total rewards profession. For more information on the benefits we provide, please see Benefits and Types.

Coming to our next event?

Please join us on Tuesday, September 9, for Retaining Key Talent and the Role of Rewards.
