On behalf of the New Jersey Compensation Association (NJCA), I would like to welcome everyone as we kick-off our 2016 – 2017 year.
It will be an exciting year. We have brought new talent onto the board with fresh ideas and are looking to provide even more value to you and your organization. A focus of this year will be to expand our use of social media via our LinkedIn group to discuss topics of interest, better connect members and keep up to date with what’s happening at the NJCA. The NJCA offers organizational memberships as well as individual memberships for those who wish to remain active in the total rewards profession. Annual membership dues will remain the same this year:
Meetings are free for NJCA members. Non-members are welcome to attend meetings at a cost of $35 per meeting.
