Welcome to the New Jersey Compensation Association! We are an organization of human resource professionals active in compensation, benefits and total rewards. Our goal is to provide a local resource to advance the compensation, benefits and total reward profession.

Our members enjoy informational programs, featuring local and national experts, Total Rewards classes, local seminars co-sponsored by WorldatWork, annual New Jersey Non-exempt Salary Survey, and opportunities to network and share experiences with other professionals.
