Compensation Analyst/Senior Analyst (6 – 8 Week Contract)

Bridgewater, NJ

Position Summary:

The primary focus of this short-term assignment will be to help support the Annual Compensation Processes (annual incentive payouts / year-end reporting). The incumbent will be expected to handle other ad-hoc requests, including market pricing, reporting and detailed analytics. The incumbent must posses a great attention to detail, and have advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Annual Compensation Processes (annual incentive payouts / year-end reporting).

2. Assist with the preparation and distribution of communication materials (perform mail merges).

3. Perform market pricing and analyze compensation benchmark data.

4. Perform other ad-hoc reporting requests.

Requirements:

4 – 6+ years of compensation experience
Bachelor’s degree required; CCP preferred but not required
*Experience with HRIS systems and report writing
Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
*Excellent math and analytical skills
*Excellent written and verbal communications
*Attention to detail, strong organizational skills
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
