Program Summary
Lauren and Joanna will discuss the new share request process from both internal and external considerations and will address the current proxy advisory and shareholder landscape related to share requests.
Program Presenter
Lauren Peek is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. She has more than 15 years of experience in providing compensation consulting services to public and privately-held companies. Lauren primarily advises Compensation Committees and senior management on executive compensation strategy development, evaluating the pay and performance relationship, annual and long-term incentive plan design, board of director compensation, the preparation of proxy/CD&A and corporate governance issues.
Prior to joining CAP, Lauren worked at Mercer in Human Capital focusing on executive compensation consulting and also worked in the corporate compensation group at Capital One. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Joanna Czyzewski is a Senior Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. Since joining CAP in 2014, she has experience working on a variety of executive and board of director compensation issues for public, private, and non-profit companies. Joanna’s work includes the development of competitive compensation levels for senior executives, annual and long-term incentive plan design, review of non-employee director compensation, equity plan proposals, pay vs. performance analyses, compensation program risk reviews, and employee benchmarking (including salary structure development).
Joanna received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, specializing in strategy and leadership and change management, and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, with minors in Economics and Business.
