President's Letter

On behalf of the New Jersey Compensation Association (NJCA), I would like to welcome everyone as we kick off our 2020-2021 program year. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are going to conduct the first two sessions virtually, which are now scheduled and on the NJCA.org website – please register. Additionally, we will evaluate the feasibility of future meetings between live sessions and virtual based on the status of COVID-19, but realistically anticipate more being virtual for the foreseeable future.

Membership Options

Please note that we have decided to roll everyone’s membership from last year forward to this year because of the fact we were unable to conduct live sessions due to COVID-19. The NJCA offers organizational memberships as well as individual memberships for those who wish to remain active in the total rewards profession. We are always looking to grow both our corporate and individual membership so please feel free to promote the educational and networking benefits membership affords you within your respective your HR/compensation network.

Meetings are free for NJCA members. Non-members are welcome to attend meetings at a cost of $35 per meeting.

What is the New Jersey Compensation Association?

The New Jersey Compensation Association (NJCA) is an independent professional association committed to providing leadership in the education and development of compensation and total rewards professionals. The NJCA advances the body of knowledge of its members through educational seminars, networking opportunities and related activities and services.

We meet at different venues in New Jersey several times a year. Our meetings include informal discussions over breakfast or dinner, Total Rewards related presentations with guest speakers, and segments allowing for open discussion and member company news.

NJCA is proud to be a local chapter of World at Work, the national Total Rewards association. We sponsor several World at Work classes every year for individuals who wish to attain various total rewards designations.
