Who we are
New Jersey Compensation Association (NJCA) is an independent professional association committed to providing leadership in the education and development of compensation and total rewards professionals. NJCA advances the body of knowledge of its members through educational seminars, networking opportunities, and related activities and services.
We meet at different venues in New Jersey several times a year. Our meetings include informal discussions over breakfast or dinner, compensation-related presentations featuring guest speakers, and segments that allow for open discussion and updates on member company news.
NJCA is proud to be a local chapter of World at Work, the national Total Rewards association. We sponsor several World at Work classes every year for individuals who wish to attain various total rewards designations.
