Program Summary

Pay transparency is coming — in a big way. As a growing number of cities and states mandate more disclosure, employers will be required to publicly disclose how much they pay for their jobs. As a result, employers are changing the way they approach compensation management. This session will address some of the existing and emerging disclosure requirements and how organizations can build greater analytical capabilities to rethink and refine their pay programs while becoming more strategic in ensuring compliance to these rules.

Program Presenter

Nancy Romanyshyn is Director, Pay Strategy and Partner Success at Syndio. She is a Fair Pay thought leader, speaker, and compensation expert. With 25+ years of experience, both in-house and leading engagements. She joined Syndio from Willis Towers Watson where she led their North America Fair Pay team and co-led the global fair pay program for 5+ years.

Donna Whitty is an Account Executive at Syndio. She has spent 10+ years helping companies find strategic solutions to common challenges — now with a focus on helping companies create equitable workplaces. Prior to Syndio, Donna provided strategic technology solutions for student and employee healthcare at Magnus Health.
