About Corporate Sponsorship

The NJCA is an independent professional association committed to providing leadership in the education and development of compensation and total rewards professionals. The NJCA advances the body of knowledge of its members through educational seminars, networking opportunities, and related activities and services. 

We meet at different venues in New Jersey roughly five or six times a year, usually every other month. Our meetings include informal discussions over breakfast or dinner, Total Rewards related presentations with guest speakers, and segments allowing for open discussion and member company news.

The NJCA offers corporate sponsorships to help improve the offerings provided to our members. The benefits of becoming a corporate sponsor include:

• An NJCA corporate membership - allowing registered members of the sponsor to attend any meeting for free ($295 value),
• Company logo and description with a link to the sponsor’s website on the NJCA website,
• Recognition at all meetings,
• Being a featured sponsor at one NJCA meeting during the year,
• Unlimited job postings, and
• Ability to post articles.
